Postnatal Workshop

Calling all Mamas out there! Due to overwhelming demand for our Women’s Health Services in the clinic, and following our great success with our Prenatal Workshop in March - we can finally announce the launch of a live, online Postnatal Workshop - so as many of you can access this vital healthcare, post pregnancy.

After 10+ years experience in women’s health and supporting a countless number of women through their pre and postnatal journeys, Elaine has discovered that Pelvic Floor education is vital to your post birth recovery and wants to help you thrive not survive this momentous body experience.

You will learn what to expect in the early stages postnatally from 0-3 months after a vaginal delivery. Elaine has seen many women worry so much after they have their baby about what is normal and what is not and she wants you to be up to speed on how to optimise your recovery but also what timelines are reasonable on your recovery journey.

You will learn about prolapse, episiotomy and tear healing, incontinence, pelvic floor strengthening and diastasis recti. Elaine will guide you through appropriate exercise for each time frame and how to reintroduce your body and your mind to higher level exercise after having your baby. This is most suitable for those in their late pregnancy or in their early postnatal phase.

Join Elaine for her Early Postnatal Recovery workshop : Pelvic Floor, Core and More to enhance your overall experience of the early postnatal phase, by reducing fear, and increasing your knowledge and connection with your body, to ultimately improve your postnatal recovery and outcomes.

This workshop will take place live on Zoom, however places are limited. A recording will be made available to you for 10 days post workshop for you to re-watch in this time. Your place is confirmed by full payment in advance. To sign up please click here.

PLEASE NOTE : This workshop will be recorded for future marketing and replay sales for Elaine Barry Physio. Attendees will have their screens / mics turned off for the initial component of the Workshop, and only Elaine’s screen will be recorded. During Q&A component, attendees are encouraged to take part on-screen if they wish, and this section will not be used in any future Elaine Barry Physio material. If you wish to remain anonymous please ensure your screen and microphone remains off at all times.
